Accommodation, Food and Directions
As the Meditation Centre is non-residential, it has the advantage of people being able to choose their own accommodation and food according to their preferences and means.
There are B&Bs and campsites in the village and a variety of cottages to rent in the dale. Far Helks and Bower Bank Ecobarn (http://www.bowerbank-ecobarn.com) can be rented for weekends or longer and are ideal for groups who want to stay together.
Local caterers are able to provide delicious meals at the accommodation.

Lunches:
Meadowside Café and Stone Close Café are ideal for light lunches and are five minutes walk of the Meditation Centre; alternatively sandwiches and snacks are available at Dent Stores.
A few miles from Dent, there are traditional inns and country house hotels in and nearby the market towns of Sedbergh and Kirkby Lonsdale.
