Aramaic and Sanskrit Sacred Sound Retreat day with Laura Clare

Aramaic, Ancient Hebrew and Sanskrit are all languages in which the ‘sounds’ of words carry vibrations encoded with spiritual power and healing energy. When these ancient prayers are sounded together in a group holding positive intention, the experience is very special. This retreat day is suitable for those familiar with mantra chanting and/or with previous meditation experience who would like to deepen their practice to incorporate sacred sound. The day runs 10am to 4pm and the suggested donation is £50 payable cash on the day.
