Learn the basic tools you need to build a simple, effective home yoga practice. Discover how Alignment, Balance and Breath can be applied to enhance ANY yoga posture. Helping you ensure your back stays healthy, your knees strong and your heart open. Laura has over 30 years experience teaching yoga and is passionate about sharing Yoga’s true, heart-centred benefits with everyone. The day runs 10am to 1pm with an hour break for lunch and is suitable for all yogis, beginners and experienced alike.
