Chakra Balance – Toning and Sound workshop with Laura

Part of our Summer Special Yoga and Meditation Event to come together and raise money for essential repairs to our beautiful centre. Join sound therapist Laura on this 2 hour workshop where she will guide you through vocal toning practices to align and balance chakra energies. NO singing voice is necessary as this is an energetic entrainment practice in which all sounds and tones are welcomed and embraced.
