Exploring Meditation day

Our Exploring Meditation day provides a chance to review much of the basics of meditation including our Core technique whilst diving a little deeper into other techniques, philosophy and the eternal question: Who am I? Everyone is welcome and ideal for those who are not complete beginners to meditation, and/or those needing some inspiration and motivation to get them back into a nourishing everyday practice. Or perhaps just an enjoyable, relaxing day out with like-minded people in a beautiful setting. There’ll be plenty of time to practice, enjoying the encouraging stillness of the centre, and also to ask questions of our meditation teachers. Plus reflection time to consider how you might best fit a regular meditation practice into your everyday and the benefits it will bring you. All in all, a day designed so that you leave the centre refreshed and relaxed and ready to integrate your learnings and new peace of mind into your week ahead.
12 students maximum per course to offer an excellent learning environment. The day runs 10am to 4pm with an hour break for lunch.
Suggested donation* £45
*part of the Centre’s ethos is provide access for learning meditation to everyone. If, for whatever reason, you are not able to pay £45, you are very welcome to contribute whatever you can at this time.
