Herbal Wellness, Yoga & Meditation for the Menopause day

Join herbalist and yoga therapist Bel Charlesworth for a joyful, nurturing and empowering day exploring natural, time-tested ways to help rebalance and restore during this time of change and the space to rediscover your own power within. As well as gentle yoga movements suitable for all and meditation techniques to help reconnect us to our inner selves, we will look at herbs and supplements that may be beneficial from perimenopause onwards, plus dietary advice to nourish us from within. There will a short walk outside to connect with Nature and time through the day to self-reflect and journal.. or simply to relax in our beautiful space if that’s what you need. You will be provided with herbal infusions (and regular tea and coffee if wished) through the day, and some delicious cake in the afternoon. The afternoon will include an outside Fire Ritual to let go of things that are no longer serving you and a Gong meditation to ensure you leave fully relaxed and replenished. Cost £55 per person. 12 places maximum.
