Learn To Meditate at The Meditation Centre

Treat yourself to the gift of meditation and a wonderful day out with our well established Learn to Meditate.. now back in person at the Centre. Ideal for beginners or those needing a nudge or refresher to get them back into this nourishing everyday practice. We’ll share our simple, tried and tested core technique with you along with other popular meditation practices.. including mindful movement and a gong meditation.. to help you find what could work best for you; we also explore the science and benefits of meditation and give you help with most common obstacles, debunk the myths and have plenty of time to practice so you feel confident to continue your practice at home. Maximum of 8 students per course to offer an excellent learning environment as well as complete peace of mind. The day runs 10am to 4.30pm with an hour break for lunch.

*part of the Centre’s ethos is provide access for learning meditation to everyone. If, for whatever reason, you are not able to pay £55, you are very welcome to contribute whatever you can at this time.
