Monthly Monday evening Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Lyn Hill
Enjoy an evening of deep rest and relaxation. We will begin with breath work easing us into restorative yoga, allowing the body to sink down whilst supported by props throughout. You will be wrapped in a blanket to keep you warm and cosy as muscles relax easing tension, stress and anxiety. Our final pose will take us into a Yoga Nidra, the ultimate invitation of rest. Allowing the body to feel fully restored and rebalanced.
