Online 3 part Learn to Meditate course

Monday evenings 6.30pm – 8.30pm: 8th, 15th and 22nd April 2024

Join us for an online version of our popular Learn to Meditate day which runs over 3 consecutive Monday evenings 6.30pm to 8.30pm and includes a 20 minute meditation with our weekly meditation group. Ideal for beginners or those needing a nudge or refresher to get yourself back into this nourishing everyday practice. We’ll share our simple, tried and tested core technique with you.. including breath work, mantra and mindfulness.. and we also explore the science and benefits of meditation and give you help with most common obstacles. With the weekly sessions, you’ll also have chance to share your progress and ask questions each week to keep you on track and ensure you then feel confident to continue your personal practice at home, and perhaps continue with our weekly drop-in group. Maximum of 8 students per course to offer an excellent online learning environment and support. Suggested donation* £55 *part of the Centre’s ethos is provide access for learning meditation to everyone. If, for whatever reason, you are not able to pay £55, you are very welcome to contribute whatever you can at this time.
