Quartz Crystal Sound bath with Laura Clare

Treat yourself to a Friday evening immersing yourself in the wonderful healing sounds of real Quartz Crystal bowls with our centre teacher Laura Clare. Suggested donation £15 payable in cash on the evening. 7-8pm. Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket to ensure you are fully comfortable and relaxed.
