Quartz Crystal Sound bath with Laura

Part of our Summer Special Yoga and Meditation Event to come together and raise money for essential repairs to our beautiful centre. Treat yourself to a Friday evening immersing yourself in the wonderful healing sounds of real Quartz Crystal bowls with our centre teacher Laura Clare. Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket to ensure you are fully comfortable and relaxed. Spare mats and blankets will be available on the evening.Please book your place using ticket options below: £15 or £10 concessions per person.
