Saturday Afternoon Sound Bath with Laura Clare

Treat yourself to a special Saturday afternoon Sound bath immersing yourself in the wonderful healing sounds of real Quartz Crystal bowls with our centre teacher Laura Clare. Suggested donation £15 payable in cash on the day. 1.30-3.30pm. Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket to ensure you are fully comfortable and relaxed.
