Saturday Morning Yoga for All & Meditation with Bel

Enjoy an easeful, tension-relieving yoga session with Bel, suitable for all. The perfect way to start your Saturday! Starting with breath work and completed with an extended Relaxation and 10 minute meditation. Please wear a layer or two to ensure you stay cosy for your relaxation and meditation and bring your own water bottle and yoga mat and blanket if you have them. Yoga mats, blocks and extra blankets available if required. Do call ahead on 07775920079 if you have any queries. £10 per class.
