Shamanic Drumming Journey and Gong meditation with Kath Reade

A Shamanic drum journey is a way to communicate with your inner spirit self and retrieve information. When we listen to the steady beat of a drum at 120 to 130 beats per minute our brain waves shift into a theta state. We then enter into lucid dreaming. The Meditation Centre in Dent is a perfect setting surrounded by nature for a Shamanic Drumming Journey with sound healer Kath Reade. Lay down on provided mats and cushions and get comfortable for a sound journey into the realms of dreams to rest and restore your life force energy. After a short break to reflect your journey, you will then be treated to a beautiful restorative meditation by way of Tibetan Gong, laying down just as you were before, and allowing the sound vibrations of the Gong to work its magic.
