Sunday evening Yoga with Elly Archer

A 90 minute yoga session with local yoga teacher Elly Archer.
Gentle yoga: Slow paced class with themes working on balance, flexibility, gentle strength building (hands, shoulders, neck, feet, lower back, knees, ankles, hips) and on breathing and relaxation. Starting on chairs, good for stretching tight shoulders, necks, hips, hamstrings. Suitable for all levels including the less mobile, beginners and experienced alike. Adaptations given where needed. A restorative and mindful class. Includes breath work and mindful movement and finishes with a guided yoga nidra relaxation.
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one and a blanket and wear suitable comfortable clothing including warm layers and socks for a cosy relaxation at the end of the session. Suggested donation £15 payable to Elly on the day.
