Sunday evening yoga with Elly Archer

A 2 hour mini yoga workshop with local yoga teacher Elly Archer. 6pm- 8pm.
Yoga for core strength: Creative, responsive teaching aimed at improving core strength & balance. A practice that generates heat, energy, resolve, mental focus. Learning to engage the core with postures that build core strength. Good for runners, cyclists, those with a reasonable level of fitness or a regular yoga practice. An energising yet calming class. Includes breath work and mindful movement and finishes with a guided yoga nidra relaxation. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one and a blanket and wear suitable comfortable clothing including warm layers and socks for a cosy relaxation at the end of the session. Suggested donation £15 payable to Elly on the day.
