Tai Chi Qigong Wellbeing Wednesday Workshop

Tai Chi Qigong workshop with Tony Bennett. Well being is our every wish and our Wellbeing Wednesday workshops have the purpose of supporting us in this endeavour.
We know the importance of nutrition, exercise, fresh air and emotional balance in ensuring our good health. Tai Chi Qigong adds in another very special dimension: as well as resulting in greater emotional resilience, balance, strength and flexibility, Tai Chi Qigong boosts our energy levels, and enables effective flow of nurturing energy around the body, whilst removing stale, unwanted energy. The theme of this workshop will be the value of ‘grounding’ our energy as we practice and how we do this most effectively whilst we engage in Tai Chi Qigong in its various forms.
This workshop is aimed at those of us with some experience of Tai Chi Qigong. As we know, Tai Chi Qigong is ‘on going’, and we continue to develop our awareness and sensitivity to its processes and benefits over time. The teacher’s aim is to enable people to develop their Tai Chi Qigong practice based on their particular experiences and interest and there will be a number of options for the day depending on those who choose to attend.
We can focus on one or more of the following: Dragon and Tiger Qigong, the Kai Men Set, Eight Brocades, Five Animal Frolics, Five Elements Qigong, or Chen Man Ching Tai Chi Form. Alternatively, you can leave it to the teacher to decide what the content of the workshop will be. Be assured, the workshop will serve to reinforce whatever experience you have of Tai Chi Qigong.
