Yoga day with Elly Archer

This Yoga day is suitable for everyone, including complete beginners and advanced yogis alike. It is broken down into sessions with breaks. The morning is bookable as a complete session for £20 for those for whom a 2.5 hours very gentle session with a thorough relaxation is sufficient. The full day costs £45.
MORNING SESSION 10-12.30 Starting on chairs. A gentle, slow-paced session suitable for beginners and current chair yoga students as well as advanced yogis wishing to focus on sensitive movement and breath. Plenty of mindful movement for stiff necks, shoulders, hips, feet and hands. Improving co-ordination and balance. Gentle stretching of lower back and core strengthening. Step by step, mindful standing balance movements, gentle floor postures and ending with a guided yoga nidra relaxation.
AFTERNOON SESSION After lunch will offer a session with further step by step preparation and/or practice of balance postures and techniques. A flow session including adaptations, followed by gentle, deep stretches helping to elongate tight muscles. Good for runners, cyclists and walkers. Further details on request.
