If you are searching for a secular technique to help de-stress, relax, improve concentration and enjoy more from life, then this is the course for you. Join one of our teachers to learn a classical yoga meditation practice which can help you attain calm, develop concentration and cultivate happiness. This relaxing day is suitable for beginners or experienced meditators from other traditions. During the day you will learn about the benefits of meditation, the process of the release of stress and how meditation can transform your life. Leave the Centre with a simple but powerful meditation technique which you can easily embrace into busy daily life. A magical day in a beautiful, serene setting. The course fee of £55 also includes a FREE refresher day at the Centre.

We have taken all our favourite ‘bits’ from the LTM day course at the Centre and moved them online in response to the 2020 Covid 19 pandemic.  So if you are searching for a secular technique to help de-stress, relax, improve concentration and enjoy more from life… but are unable to travel to the Centre for the day… then this is the course for you! Join one of our teachers to learn a classical yoga meditation practice which can help you attain calm, develop concentration and cultivate happiness. This course, spread over two weekend mornings, is suitable for beginners or experienced meditators from other traditions. You will learn about the benefits of meditation and how a simple daily practice can transform your life.

Full Moon Meditation Group Online @TheMeditationCentre

Once a month we hold an online meditation group which broadcasts from The Meditation Centre in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.  The content of the sessions vary slightly but all include half an hour of deep stillness and a beautiful healing intention for our planet.
