Lyn graduated from the Meditation Centre Teacher Training Programme in 2019. She lives and works in Crosby, Liverpool where she teaches Yoga, Essential Somatic Movement, and Meditation. Lyn says: ‘I meditate for inner peace and calm because this makes me more compassionate to others and to myself. Practicing yoga has taught me how to be still, and now, through regular meditation, I have also found a surprising (to those who know me) capacity for silence! I am endlessly fascinated by the interplay between body and mind, and I love to explore this in my teaching practice.’
