With a business background in Finance and Accountancy, Lisa discovered yoga in her early 30’s and found it an essential counter-balance to a demanding career. Wishing to deepen her own personal practice she undertook three years of yoga teacher training and qualified as a British Wheel of Yoga teacher in 2012.

Through her own practice and teaching Lisa came to realise and experience the transformational healing power of yoga and in 2012 had a total career change and undertook training with the Clear Mind Institute as an integrated Yoga Therapist and then as a Mindfulness Teacher.  More recently she has also completed training in TRE® (Tension and Trauma releasing exercise) and is currently one of only a handful of certified providers in the UK.

Lisa’s teaching has been informed by training with highly respected teachers such as Jon Kabat-Zinn, Saki Santoreli and Donna Farhi and she continues to deepen her own mindfulness and yoga practice through daily meditation, yoga, TRE, attending retreats, participating in CPD training and regular teaching of classes, courses and retreats.  Lisa now offers group classes, personal tuition and Mindfulness Wellbeing Programmes to individuals and companies to realise personal and professional potential. Through her work – whether with individuals or groups, she aims to facilitate the health, happiness and well-being of all. Bringing together the transformational practices of mindfulness and yoga helps us to access our innate wisdom and to deepen compassion for ourselves and all other beings. In this way we become empowered to be the change we wish to see in the world.
