Friday evening Yoga for All and Gong relaxation with Bel

Enjoy a special relaxing, tension-relieving yoga session with Bel, suitable for all. 6.15-7.30pm. Starting with breath work and followed by an extended Relaxation and Gong meditation for complete restoration and rebalancing for the weekend ahead. £10 per person. Please wear a few layers to ensure you stay cosy for your relaxation and bring your own mat and blanket if you have them. Yoga mats and extra blankets available on the evening if required.
