Monday evening weekly Online Meditation session

Join us on Zoom for our informal online meditation session every Monday evening 7pm to 7.30pm. Led by our Centre teacher Bel, you can expect to be guided into meditation for around 5 minutes and the rest of the 20 minute meditation will be in silence. Bel will start the session at 7pm with a short introduction and then lead the group into meditation at 7.05pm, hold the space for everyone and then gently bring the group out of meditation at the end.
Please ensure you have somewhere warm and comfortable to sit where you are unlikely to be disturbed. If you would prefer to have some music playing wherever you are, you’re very welcome to do this as everyone will be On mute throughout the meditation session. We just ask that everyone puts their video on at the start and end of the session. A glass of water or cup of herb tea is also useful to have to hand along with anything else you might need e.g. you may like a journal/notebook for afterwards if that’s your thing.

There is no fixed charge for the sessions but donations are very much appreciated and needed at this time. Details of how to contribute should you so wish will be sent out with the Zoom invite.
