Winter Solstice Womens Moon circle

Special Winter Solstice Women’s Moon Circle with Lyn Hill. We gather every month on a Wednesday evening 6.30-8.30pm
Each month we will begin the evening with a relaxing Yoga Nidra connecting us to the moon, along with a gentle Well Woman Yoga Sequence, suitable for all. There will be a simple Moon Ritual or Ceremony to set our intentions for the month ahead. There will be time for journalling and creativity as we explore the connections between us and the moon. And also time for sharing tea and cake together. £15 per person.
